A rugged, two-stage water purification system designed for emergencies, outdoor use, and off-grid living. The system features two physically connected food-safe containers. The top container has 5 gravity-fed filters. The bottom container has a 75 gallon capacity, 15 MadiDrops, and spigot. Includes Gamma Seal lids, water collection container, a pre-filter screen, (5) 1 micron carbon filters, and 15 MadiDrop disinfection tablets.

How it Works & How to Use
Once assembled, pour up to 30 gallons of turbid water (containing particles such as dirt) into the top container using the pre-screen to remove larger, solid matter. The filters in the top container then filter-feed the bottom 30-gallon container where the MadiDrop tablets kill up to 99.99% of microbial pathogens over the course of 12 hours. (reduce time by adding additional MadiDrops - additional purchase required). Does not filter all chemical or heavy metal contaminates. Does not remove salt. Some assembly required.
Storage and Life Expectancy of Product
The MadiDrop tablets can be taken from the bottom container, dried and stored after use. They have an unlimited shelf-life and can be used up to 400 times each. Although it does not impair the effectiveness of the MadiDrop in any way, the ceramic tablet will discolor when exposed to air.
The life expectancy of the filters in the filter container average about 6,000 gallons. This varies depending on the density and content of turbidity. When the filters are spent, they will simply slow down and then eventually stop passing water into the lower container. Replacement is a simple process.
